Dr. Christine Neeb has made significant contributions to addiction medicine through leadership in integrated care models, workforce development, and research focused on opioid use disorder. She has served as principal investigator or physician lead on multiple federal, state, and foundation-funded initiatives expanding access to medications for opioid use disorder, including methadone and buprenorphine, within federally qualified health centers and hospital systems.
Dr. Neeb’s work emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration, harm reduction, and treatment of complex populations, including individuals with cancer, homelessness, and justice involvement. Her scholarship and program development have advanced scalable, equitable addiction treatment embedded in primary care settings.
