Leah Witt is an assistant professor in Geriatrics and Pulmonary Medicine at UCSF. She is the Pulmonary Associate Chief for Ambulatory Affairs and a Fellowship Coach for the Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine Fellowship Program. Her clinical interest is in the care of older adults with chronic lung disease and educationally her goal is to improve health and wellbeing for diverse older adults with chronic lung disease via education of the interprofessional team about geriatric principles, quality care, and barriers including ageism and structural racism.
She is also a Producer and Associate Editor for the Curbsiders Internal Medicine podcast.
