Dr. Annamalai is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Associate Professor of Medical Education at Dell Medical School at UT Austin. She is a pediatric hospitalist at Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas, as well as the Clerkship Director for Pediatrics and the Director of Pediatric Undergraduate Medical Education for Dell Medical School. She received her medical degree from Texas A&M University College of Medicine. She completed her pediatrics training at Phoenix Children’s Hospital/Maricopa Medical Center pediatric residency program, where she also served as a chief resident. Her focus is on medical education, working with medical students and pediatric residents.
