Dr. Boulay has lectured regionally and nationally on various topics of gastroenterology and pancreatic diseases. His research interests include outcomes of biliary endoscopy, treatment of pancreaticobiliary disease, the evaluation of the small intestine, and the use of stents for treating obstructions of the bile ducts due to cancer. Dr. Boulay is also researching the use of radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of Barrett’s esophagus.
