Dr. Crystal N. Johnson-Mann is a bariatric and gastrointestinal surgeon at the University of Florida whose clinical and academic work focuses on metabolic and bariatric surgery, obesity-related disease, and health equity in surgical care. She serves as Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Gastrointestinal Surgery and as Medical Director of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, with additional leadership roles in surgical education.
