John Khoury, MD

Dr. John S. Khoury attended Cornell University where he did research on superconducting materials prior to starting his medical degree at Thomas Jefferson University. He remained at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where he completed an internship in internal medicine and was then Chief Resident in Neurology. He won numerous awards while at Thomas Jefferson University, including awards for teaching and stroke research.

He is a contributor to the book Gray’s Clinical Neuroanatomy and has multiple presentations, including publications in Neurology and Epilepsy Research. He is now both a primary and sub investigator at the Abington Clinical Trials Research Center where they have done trials in Hypersomnia, Narcolepsy, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis and Alzheimer’s disease. Currently he serves as the Associate Medical Director of the Thomas Jefferson Abington Sleep Disorders Center.
