Dr. Rickard’s professional interests include outpatient primary care, preventative care, and women’s health. She also serves on the West Virginia University Internal Medicine Residency Program Evaluation Committee and its Clinical Competency Committee. Dr. Rickard earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from West Virginia University School of Pharmacy, completed a clinical pharmacy residency at West Virginia University, followed by an oncology pharmacy residency at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX. She received her Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from West Virginia University School of Medicine and trained in Internal Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC.
