Dr. Vaid is a pulmonary critical care physician with a passion for medical education. As the director of the pre-clinical curriculum (Phase 1) at Sidney Kimmel Medical College, her excellence in education was rewarded by a Senior Faculty Portrait presentation from the Class of 2017. She is consistently recognized as a top educator winning the Deans’ Excellence in Education award and Critical Care Attending awards, and she has been recognized as amongst the top 25 teachers in the internal medicine residency annually for many years. She works clinically as an intensivist and focuses on ARDS and palliative care in the ICU. She has several publications and local talks to her credit.
